Danny Adriano founded Quality Medical Nursing Services (QMNS) in 2001. QMNS have established themselves in the nursing industry maintaining an excellent reputation. The intention is to continue developing the business by further recruiting qualified nursing staff (and other disciplines) to ensure their clients have 
on-going support and confidence in all who work with QMNS.

QMNS staff members are experienced, reliable, and provide outstanding service. They will help enable our clients to operate more efficiently and ensure happier staff relations.

QMNS senior management is always available to provide direction and motivation and reinforce a positive working attitude in our nurses. We offer a personalised service and can be contacted 24 hours, 7 days a week.

QMNS administration is fully computerised, assuring reliability and accuracy of records.

Our staff will be employed under professional employment practices including coverage for workers compensation, professional Indemnity and the payment of superannuation guarantee levy.

We provide continuous training and education to our staff to ensure that they are kept up to date on best practices. We also encourage our nurses to communicate any difficulties they may experience in any aspect of Agency work at any time to resolve issues they may have. This is part of our ongoing commitment to keep our staff motivated.  We provide 24 hour staff support.

  • Staff trained to always liaise with the sister-in-charge with regard to safety regulations, the manner, and proficiency of work performed to ensure correct work.
  • Background Screening
  • All staff must provide an Original National Police Clearance, as required by the Department of Health and Ageing prior to commencement of employment with QMNS. These are checked regularly on our computerised booking system and staffs are automatically removed if clearances have lapsed.
  • DIMIA check
  • Registered Nurses and Enrolled Nurses must have a full registration with no restrictions to maintain employment with QMNS. This is checked monthly on line with the Nurses and Midwives Board.
  • QMNS support and encourage education for all staff
As part of employment mandatory training is available in:
  • Manual Handling
  • Elderly Abuse
  • Infection control
  • Fire and Safety
  • Occupational Health and Safety

These must be updated as required usually each year; if training is not up to date shifts may not be available until completed.

QMNS also offers regular Certificate 111 courses to its staff as well as Certificate IV.
